Key points: Internal Sales Engineer Location: Cirencester Salary: £20-25K An established and leading provider of expert transmission products have a requirement for an Internal Sales Engineer. the employee will deal with enquiries, research markets for leads, maximise sales opportunities and promote products to the currently trading business client base. the employee will be taking enquiries on technical products and completing the sales order process through manufacturing to delivery. Vacancy responsibilities:
* To process sales, technical and commercial enquiries
* Product selection and pricing from verbal and written enquiries, preparation of quotations, sales letters and proposals
* Order entry of customer
* Order entry of customer orders into our MRP system
* Dealing with warranty, returns and repair requirements with customers
* Sales support for the external sales force in the UK and Overseas
* Liaise with the Group, Sister companies, agent and distributors
* Liaising with production, purchasing and engineering departments to provide customer support.
* Involvement with Engineering for the feasibility and preparation of preliminary design solutions to meet customer needs
* Carry out other commercial and technical duties Successful Candidate:
* Self motivated
* Preferably a formal engineering qualification
* An interest in mechanical engineering and machinery is sought
* Experience using MRP systems
