Key points: Sales Consultant / Retail Advisor - 20hrs Permanent The Travel Money Advisor known externally as a Sales Consultant/ Foreign Exchange Consultant is the driving force of the business, the employee will be dealing face to face with your customers, assisting them to buy and sell foreign exchange, all whilst providing yThe prospective employers with exceptional customer service. Role Vacancy responsibilities: - Assist customers face to face with all queries ranging from sales, refunds, compliments to complaints - Ensure full compliance with all business and legal regulatory requirements - produce new business and build relationships whilst providing your customers with expert advice and exceptional service Personal Specifications: - The Candidate must have a passion for listening and interacting with your customers - Ideally have a retail, sales or customer service background (foreign currency experience is not required) - GCSE - maths grade C or above - Numeracy skills (you will need to pass a numeracy test) - Be confident to work in isolation with little to no team interaction - Knowledge of a 2nd language would be an advantage - Have drive, determination and resourcefulness to promote products - Enjoy working to achieve and exceed your targets - Be flexible, this role requires shift work which works on a rotation basis including weekends (there are various shifts: The earliest start time is 08:30Monday - Friday, latest finish time 20:00. Between 08:30 - 19:00 on Saturday and between 10:00 - 5pm on Sunday. Opening hours may be reduced in winter months) - Be able to work in different locations (travel expenses are paid) - Be able to give a checkable student/work history, plus clear credit and criminal record checks.
