Ensure the end-to-end metering and billing system works at a site level for residential and commercial customers and that customers know how to use it. Deliver a service that meets ESCo SLAs and KPIs. Use energy management and project delivery expertise to assist the sales and technical team on delivery of Major Projects. The post holder will represent the company with the Heat Trust and other Industry / Regulatory bodies and will ensure that the meter data management system and contractors performs to set KPI's so that these key objectives can be achieved. Vacancy responsibilities: Management of the meter data management support agreementand/or in-house technical support team (when appointed). Other reports will be linked to growth of the heat portfolio. It is anticipated that the post holder will appoint and manage Customer Relations Managers as and when appointed. Will actively liaise with other managers within the Water and Heat team and across the company. Work closely with the Retail Manager to help the office side of the metering and billing process. Objectives: Work with clients, building owners and the retail team to set up, commission and adopt the heat metering, telecommunications and billing systems. Manage the contractors, supply chain and the Retail division to make sure heat & billing systems and tariffs are set up for new customers.
