THE ROLE
Based in our new Welsh office at Cardiff Gate Business Park
This is a varying role that involves administration and customer service
Processing orders and upselling into current user base
Assisting the sales team in gaining new quotations to fulfil customer enquiries
Maintaining stock levels of products
Dealing with daily customer enquiries and handling any customer complaints
Other support duties as and when required.

THE PERSON
The Candidate will be confident, outgoing and committed to achieving the highest standards of sales administration
Must have administration experience
skillto work autonomously within a small and busy team
The Candidate must have an excellent phone manner and be highly IT literate with a confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
The Candidate will be expected to give an accurate service to customers and proactively assist the managers and management personnel dedicated to increasing levels of sales across the business
The Candidate must be commutable to Cardiff, drive and have own car
