Ideally the employee will hold a Category C1 (7.5 tonne) entitlement, and it is advantageous if you hold or have undergone any training modules regarding the Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), nonetheless if you do not hold a C1 licence, the company will serious consider candidates who can only drive a van in which case if offered employment you must be willing to be trained so as to be able to drive a 7.5 tonne vehicle which is the company’s preferred delivery vehicle.
