You'll assist with store HR needs, give response regarding the store and the team and drive store standards, company procedures and team management initiatives.

Although The prospective employer's store will be opening in November 2016, the start for this role will be in September/October 2016, providing you with ample time to get up to speed on company procedures and get a manageon the new store.

Interested? If so, you must have retail and management experience. Equally important is your drive, infectious enthusiasm and superb customer focus.

Communicative, friendly and approachable, as the Assistant Manager the employee will be commercially aware, motivated by targets and in possession of sensational leadership skills. You'll be influential, driven and able to engage and motivate others successfully.
