To deal with phone calls and enquiries from Trust employees, Patients and External organisations on behalf of the Finance department. To open sort and distribute the departmental post and maintaining the register of daily cheques received within the department in line with audit requirements. To be responsible for ordering and maintaining stationery on behalf of the department. To create and send invoices from the Trust and assist in the recovery of these invoices through the various channels open to the Trust.
