I am currently seeking 2 sales executives to be working with the team of growing company within the manufacturing industry just on the outskirts of Halifax town centre.

We are seeking to employ and looking for people with a confident phone manner who enjoy building relationships with clients and are motivated and driven to succeed. The Candidate will need experience in a customer/client focused background and ideally have experience in some form of sales negation. Naturally we are seeking to employ and looking for people who consider themselves to be target driven and money hungry

Day to day your role will be to deal with any incoming enquiries for existing and new customers, taking details of the product, they are seeking to employ and looking for and providing accurate quotations. The Candidate will also be expected to do some outbound calling to prospective clients (B2B) and look to produce your own business. This isn't a heavily KPI lead position so we are seeking to employ and looking for people who are always on the ball, able to manager their own time and are willing to pick up the phone and make a sale

The Candidate will need strong IT Literacy, good arithmetic (for working out quotations) and be able to cope well under pressure.

Hours of Work: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Key points: Our travel client is now looking to appoint highly motivated sales focussed individuals into their busy team on a full time permanent basis. Successful jobseekers will need to be flexible to work an alternating shift pattern.

As a Sales Agent your role will be to cross sell and up-sell holidays to customers over the phone. Around 70% of calls are inbound leads and roughly 30% is outbound. Using your customer service, sales experience and telephony skills, you will achieve and exceed your sales targets.

Daily responsibilities:
findand sell holidays to customers who have made reservations online.
Maximise sales using your cross selling and upselling skills
Use your excellent customer service skills, sales experience and enthusiasm to exceed your sales targets.

The ideal jobseeker for this new vacancy will:
Have earlier work practical knowledge of working to and meeting targets.
Have a commitment to shift patterns including evenings and weekends, to be able to work a variety of shifts .
Have the skillto highlight customer needs
Have good influencing & conversation discuss issues and skillto positively interact
showexcellent time management and organisational skills.

Hours of work:
The role will involve working shift patterns and operational hours are:
Weekdays 9am - 10pm
Saturday 9am-9pm
Sunday 10am-9pm
(MUST BE 100% FLEXIBLE ON SHIFTS)
